Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving items, in unused, original condition with tags attached.
All exchanges/returns must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending the merchandise back. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the return process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages. You will receive a full refund back to your credit card or Paypal once the return is processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
